    English Speaking Pilates Sessions

    Pilates sessions and classes are normally conducted in English. Many of my clients are English speaking.

    I speak a little German, French and Spanish – the vast majority of clients work with me in English but I am happy to work where possible in another language within my own limitations.  I am committed to developing my German language skills and continue to study and learn.
