A pilates session lasts 50 to 55mins.*
Pilates exercises are also provided and encouraged for practice at home or away between guided sessions.
*Reframe Sessions are flexible in length to meet recovery needs.

English Speaking Group Pilates Classes. All nationalities welcome.
We currently have no group mat Pilates classes available in Basel. Please contact us for private and semi-private studio sessions, or a recommendation to a group Pilates mat class by another provider.
